The Museum of Yugoslavia is located outside the city center in the elite suburb of Dedinje, one of the most beautiful and greenest parts of the city. Three objects in the Museum are connected by a large park area, the Sculpture Park, which is the perfect place for a family outing. In addition to attractive location, the Museum of Yugoslavia offers to its youngest audience an outstanding animation program, which relies on a rich collection of items from around the world, but also a creative corner in the permanent exhibition of the Museum.

Starting from the Museum collection as the main source for researching social phenomena and historical moments important for understanding the experience of life in Yugoslavia, the exhibition examines the Yugoslav heritage and the institution of the Museum
